Lots of smaller things that add up to more fun.

Zhao Yong (Tony)
Goals this week - fix inputs and add cooler things to sound
Accomplished/Not Accomplished - with the new camera code, i needed to update the input code. Had it working but just noticed a few bugs so I'm still working on it. As for sound, I added the ability to change background music under different conditions. Need to make it fade in and out so that it has better transition. Also added display lists to graphics which speeded up the game a lot
Goals Next Week - need to fix the bugs in input and then inprove sound
Moral - friends don't let friends drink and code (because u'll crash! har har har!)

Sean
Goals this week - Work on graphics stuff.
Accomplished/Not Accomplished - Karen added a Jamba model. I added a life bar texture, but I'm still figuring out how to get some other 2D stuff in. The text we have right now is ugly (my fault). Hopefully by next Friday we'll have something better (textures). I did random coding to support item drawing, post game state, and other stuff I can't remember.
Goals Next Week - Make our game more awesome. 2D graphics. Add stuff to the graphics engine to support whatever powerups and such we manage to add by next Friday.
Morale - Pretty good. Our game is a game now. It ends after three minutes and a winner is declared. We just need to keep adding stuff to make it more fun.

Allen
Goals this week - Implement octrees. Finish adding powerups and weapons to the game. Add in tweaks.
Accomplished/Not Accomplished - I implemented octrees, they work great, and now the game runs much faster. I also changed the physics to feel much better. I added code for powerups, and am still working on weapons. I added a lot of random code to the game engine to have better game mechanics. Added a game over state. Came up with a camera prototype. Basically got lots of random gameplay stuff done.
Goals Next Week - Finish up all sorts of code for the game. Finish implementing what needs to be done. Make it more fun!!
Morale - Really good!!

Nikhil
Goals - Camera, random graphics features.
Accomplished - I added the outlining to the game to give it a more cartoony look. I finally started the camera stuff. I figured out how we can draw arrows on the sides of the screen that will point to off screen players, but havent impleneted it yet.
Goals Next Week - Effects for powerups, exploding bodies, throwables.
Morale - really good.

Karen
Goals - Finish animations, skin characters, sky cube.
Accomplished - Pretty much met my goals. Animations are done except for one special one we decided to add. Skins are there and ready for textures, just not professors' faces! There is a sky cube now, a burning red sky. Also working on a 2d character selection screen.
Goals Next Week - Model all the rest of the items/weapons and do some 2d intro/ending screens stuff.
Morale - Awesome. Our game will rock.
