Deeeliciooous. In chinese we call it "green carrot". Or more like "lime green carrot". So good. I made dual-colored carrot soup.

I love changfun. I like them in all forms.

Store-bought shrink wrapped packaged changfun with dried shrimp and green onions;
microwaved and drenched in sweet soy sauce;
or panfried and dipped in hoixin sauce. mm-mm-mm-mm-mmm!
